Pack a homemade picnic lunch and enjoy it by the water, start your morning with coffee overlooking the bay, or wind down after a day at the beach while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting. With the Gulf beaches in one direction and Bimini Bay in the other, this home gives you a special opportunity to experience both sides of Anna Maria Island living. Please Note: The private dock is available for guest enjoyment, fishing, kayaking, and waterfront activities. Boat docking/access is not permitted.

Beach Access: The closest Gulf beach access is located near 102 White Avenue, approximately 0.4 miles from the property — about an 8-minute walk. From 8104 Marina Drive: Head down Marina Drive toward 82nd Street. Turn left onto 82nd Street and continue approximately 930 feet. Turn right onto Gulf Drive and continue approximately 120 feet. Turn left onto White Avenue and follow White Avenue toward the Gulf. The beach access will be on your right near the end of White Avenue. Rental Agreement Required: Your signed Rental Agreement must be completed and returned in order to receive your check-in details and property access information. The Primary Guest must execute and return a written or electronically signed copy of the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking, or within any shorter period required prior to arrival.

Our Clean Linen Promise: ALL linens, including comforters, are professionally laundered after every guest checkout.

Travel Protection: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel protection insurance to help protect against unforeseen cancellations or trip interruptions. No refunds will be issued once the applicable cancellation period has passed.

Noise Ordinance: The City of Holmes Beach observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Unreasonable, loud, or excessive noise that disturbs the surrounding community is prohibited. Applicable noise limits include 65 dBA during daytime hours and 50 dBA during nighttime hours, with violations subject to local enforcement and fines.

Suggested Items to Bring We recommend bringing beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, bicycles, floats/rafts, fishing gear, umbrellas, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bath soap, flashlights, and other personal beach or recreational items you may want during your stay.

Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements: By submitting payment or completing a reservation, the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Anna Maria Rental Properties Rental Agreement and all applicable Rental Terms and Conditions. The Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that all occupants, invitees, and visitors comply with the Rental Agreement and property rules and is financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, penalties, or other charges resulting from their stay. The full Rental Agreement is made available for review prior to booking. Payment and completion of a reservation constitute electronic acceptance of the Rental Agreement. As an additional condition of the reservation, the Primary Guest must execute and return the Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking or prior to check-in, whichever occurs first. Failure to timely return the signed Rental Agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation, denial of check-in or occupancy, and other remedies permitted under the Rental Agreement and applicable law. Guests are encouraged to contact Anna Maria Rental Properties promptly with any questions, concerns, or issues before or during their stay so that reasonable efforts can be made to address them.
