The river is just 100 meters from the house, and its banks are perfect for lovely walks. This beautiful house offers plenty of space to unwind. All apartments feature free Wi-Fi. Parquet flooring in all living areas and a large, modern bathroom ensure your comfort. Sleeping arrangements include two comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in separate rooms. The dining area is located in the light-filled kitchen, which offers a view of the garden and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Although the ceilings are nearly four meters high, the apartment stays warm during the colder months thanks to a modern central heating system. In the height of summer, the rooms maintain a pleasant temperature; the thick walls typical of older buildings prevent the apartment from overheating. The nearest grocery store is just ten seconds away and stays open until 10:00 PM; there is also a bakery offering fresh bread rolls. A weekly market opens twice a week, offering the finest ingredients for your meals. For food lovers, excellent restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. Cologne and Düsseldorf can be reached by car in 20 minutes, and there is a convenient direct train connection to Cologne. It is a 15-minute walk and a 15-minute train ride away.
