Whether you are looking for peace and quiet after visiting a trade fair, want to relax after a hike, or are planning a trip to Cologne for the Carnival season, this city villa in the idyllic town of Leichlingen is the perfect choice for you. With its traditions and rich history, Leichlingen is a place that combines urban amenities with close proximity to nature. The friendly residents take pride in their town, where a well-developed infrastructure meets long-standing traditions. The town center, with all its shops and cafés, is just a five-minute walk away. Yet, it is the closeness to nature—and especially the beautiful surroundings of the River Wupper—that makes this location so special. The river is just 100 meters from the house, and the riverbank is ideal for lovely walks. This beautiful house offers plenty of space for you to unwind. All apartments feature free Wi-Fi. Parquet flooring in the living areas and a large, modern bathroom ensure your comfort. Sleeping arrangements include two comfortable double beds and a sofa bed in separate rooms. The dining area is located in the light-filled kitchen, which offers a view of the garden and is fully equipped for your culinary enjoyment. Although the ceilings are nearly four meters high, the apartment stays warm during the colder months thanks to a new, modern central heating system. In the height of summer, the rooms maintain a pleasant temperature; the thick walls typical of older buildings prevent the apartment from overheating. The nearest grocery store is just ten seconds away and stays open until 10:00 PM; there is also a bakery offering fresh bread rolls. A weekly market opens twice a week, offering the finest ingredients for your meals. For gourmets, excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance. Cologne and Düsseldorf can be reached by car in 20 minutes, and there is a convenient direct train connection to Cologne. It is a 15-minute walk and a 15-minute train ride away.
