10 minutes away by foot to both Duomo and Navigli (Milan's famous canals) and right next to Colonne di San Lorenzo, our flat merges the energy of Milan's modern life with its rich cultural heritage. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. The full bathroom has a spacious shower and bidet, providing necessities for a carefree stay. The fully equipped kitchen offers a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and a variety of utensils and appliances. For your convenience, the apartment includes a dedicated washer and dryer, available for private use. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our apartment is positioned for you to explore and enjoy Milan's attractions and comforts.

The entire apartment will be at your disposal. The flat features a private entrance directly next to the elevator; there are a few steps to enter the building. The main door is an armored door, and every window is equipped with roller shutters. A doorman is on hand on weekday mornings (Mon–Fri, 8:00–13:00).

You will have the convenience of self check-in, getting the keys from a lockbox. We are always within reach to help and ensure a smooth stay.

When booking, please let us know your arrival and departure times so that we can organize accordingly. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout is before 11:00. Flexibility depends on availability and prior agreement. Please let us know before arrival should you have any special need or request.

This is a residential building: quiet hours are 20:00–08:00. No parties or events, smoking or vaping. Up to two pets are welcome and must be kept under control without disturbing neighbours. Only registered guests may stay; visitors require prior host approval. Please check that the reservation shows the correct total number of guests and tell us about any changes before arrival. The price depends on the number of guests. Identification is requested for guest registration.

For security reasons, there is a camera outside the apartment recording only the entrance and external common areas, not inside the flat. A noise decibel monitor is present to alert the host to excessive noise; it does not record audio. A carbon monoxide alarm is installed. A smoke alarm is installed.
