We present to you Casa Viviana, a stunning Mediterranean villa in Moraira offering panoramic sea views from an almost front-line location. Sleeping up to six guests, this beautifully appointed villa combines privacy, comfort and an exceptional outdoor lifestyle, all just a five-minute drive from the charming centre of Moraira and only one minute from the nearest supermarket, which is even within walking distance.



The outdoor area is a true highlight, where breathtaking sea views provide the backdrop for long sunny days by the private 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (can be heated upon request, see conditions below). Sun loungers invite you to unwind, while the dining area with barbecue is ideal for al fresco meals. The villa also features a hot tub where you can relax while taking in the magnificent coastal scenery.



Large terrace doors connect the outdoor living space seamlessly with the bright and welcoming interior. The open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and features two comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.



The main level offers two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. On the lower level, accessed externally with no internal staircase, you'll find a separate guest suite with its own entrance to the terrace. This room has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Also on this level is a small studio with a sofa, kitchenette, a cross trainer (elliptical machine), a stationary exercise bike, air conditioning, washing machine and an additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.



Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. There is private parking for four cars within the gated property, as well as ample free parking on the street.

Important:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The cost is €25,00 per night and starts from the day we turn on the pump. Please note that the minimum number of days for the pool heating corresponds to the length of your stay.

1: The rooms downstairs can only be reached via the outside, there is no internal staircase;

2: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home;

3: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
