This home features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Access is on the third floor and it is necessary to climb 59 steps to enter.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed and beautiful ocean views, creating a peaceful retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the trails around Las Catalinas.

The second bedroom features custom-built bunk beds along with a twin-size bed, making it an excellent choice for children, families, or additional guests.



The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a bright and functional open-concept space. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, filling the home with natural light and allowing you to enjoy indoor-outdoor living throughout your stay.

Complimentary parking is included for two vehicles

Access to the parking area is managed with a reusable parking card provided at check-in. A $50 USD replacement fee will apply if the card is lost or not returned at check-out.

Guests may purchase daily Beach Club passes, subject to availability.

• Adults: $30 USD + 13% VAT (includes a $15 USD food and beverage credit).

• Children (ages 8–12): $15 USD + 13% VAT (includes a $10 USD food and beverage credit).

• Children under 8: Complimentary admission with limited access.
