Three bedrooms and two full baths sleep 4, a queen bed in the primary and a full bed in each of the other two bedrooms. Washer and dryer on the main floor, central A/C, fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a TV in every room. Off-street parking for 4 cars.
About 6 minutes to downtown Kalamazoo, Bell's, the breweries, the Kalamazoo Mall, and the State Theatre. 12 minutes to WMU for game days, move-in, and graduation. Borgess is 3 minutes away and Bronson about 10, an easy base for family visiting patients. Gull Road shopping and restaurants are around the corner, and Gull Lake, the Air Zoo, and the Gilmore Car Museum are all within 25 minutes. Kalamazoo/Battle Creek airport is 15 minutes.
Whether you're in town for a weekend, a WMU event, or a longer work assignment, this is a calm home base to come back to.

Three bedrooms upstairs: queen bed and pack-n-play in the primary, a full bed in each of the other two. Full bathroom on each floor. The kitchen has a gas range, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a drip/Keurig combo coffee maker, stocked with cookware and dishes. Washer and dryer on the main floor, so no stairs with laundry. Central air and heat, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, TV in every bedroom and the living room. Covered front porch for coffee, big backyard out back. One step from the driveway to the front door.
Guest Access:
Entire house is yours. Keypad entry with a code sent before arrival. Driveway parking plus a detached one-car garage. Backyard and front porch included. Unfinished basement is for mechanicals and not part of the rental.
The Neighborhood:
Eastwood is a quiet residential pocket of Kalamazoo Township with no through traffic on this street. Gull Road shopping, groceries, and restaurants are minutes away. Downtown Kalamazoo, WMU, Bronson Methodist, and Ascension Borgess are all a 10-minute drive.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around Kalamazoo, and you'll have driveway parking plus a one-car garage. Ascension Borgess is about 5 minutes away on Gull Road; Bronson Methodist and downtown are about 10; WMU is about 15. Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) is roughly 15 minutes, and the downtown Amtrak station has direct service to Chicago and Detroit. Metro Transit buses run along Gull Road a short walk from the house. I-94 and US-131 are both within a 10-minute drive.
