One quiet bedroom at back of house with queen bed and dresser. Air conditioning is provided via a window unit in the bedroom only. Mini blinds work well to block light for guests working overnight shifts.
Sunny living area with Wifi, plants, skylight, and comfy seating.
Kitchen and dining area are equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc.
Big back yard with bistro set and dog tie out.
Guests will have full use of the property while staying.
Contactless check-in: Host does not greet guests at the property but is always available via Airbnb app.
Northeast Rochester is a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to:
-Quarry Hill Nature Center (great trails)
-Silver Lake Park
-Rochester's biking/walking trail system
Mayo Clinic's downtown campus is 1 mile away. St. Mary's is 2 miles away.
Within a short drive, or longer walk (approximately 1 mile), you can get to many great Rochester restaurants, shopping, Honkers Stadium, Soldier's Field Golf Course, and community events. Ask your host for recommendations!
Parking is available on the gravel driveway.
Downtown and Mayo Clinic are within a 20 minute walk.
Bus routes pick up along 11th Avenue, and can take you to St. Mary's Hospital in 20 minutes.
This is an older home (from 1900!) that has recently been updated, but may have quirks. Please let your host know as soon as possible if you have any issues.
