SPACE TO SHARE
The 80 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, one full bathroom and a private covered terrace. Warm-toned flooring, pale furnishings and rich blue accents give the home a contemporary, welcoming feel. The building has a lift.

THE BLUE BEDROOM
The main bedroom centres on a king-size bed set against a striking feature wall in shades of blue. Large windows bring in natural light, while a round bedside table, a lamp and a blue seat add thoughtful touches. A wardrobe, television and an additional sofa bed complete the room. The smaller second bedroom has a single bed and a desk with wooden details and a blue chair, creating a cosy space for reading or planning the day. Its glazed door opens towards the outdoor area. Sleeping arrangements are spread across the two bedrooms and the living room, rather than three separate bedrooms.

MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
In the living room, the blue sofa converts into a bed. A round dining table with six seats sits beneath a ring-shaped pendant light, with botanical prints adding a playful touch. The white open-plan kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare breakfast or a simple dinner: a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.

A BRIGHT, WELL-APPOINTED BATHROOM
The bathroom has a window, a glass shower enclosure, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet. Neutral finishes and dark fittings create a clean, contemporary look. Towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and bathroom essentials are supplied.

YOUR OWN OUTDOOR PAUSE
The covered terrace runs along the building’s façade and has a bench: a private spot for a morning coffee, a few pages of a book or a breath of fresh air after sightseeing. It overlooks the surrounding residential buildings, offering an authentic everyday view of Rome, rather than a monument panorama.

COMFORT THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY
Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and bed linen are provided. A cot is available on request; please let us know before arrival. The apartment has a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.

A BASE FOR EXPLORING ROME
From Via Giuseppe Veronese, set out to discover Trastevere, Testaccio and the historic centre, using the area’s train, tram and bus connections. Routes and services can change, so check current information for your travel dates. After a day out, return to your own space, familiar colours and the people with whom you are making new memories.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 11 pm, arranged with our staff; check-out is by 10 am. We welcome you in person with Prosecco and send the arrival details through Vrbo and WhatsApp the day before your stay. Luggage drop-off from 11 am is available by prior arrangement and does not mean early access to the apartment. Additional cleaning and transfers can be arranged on request, for an extra charge and subject to availability. No reserved parking space is included; ask us about external parking options and check their prices and availability. The apartment has one bathroom and a dining table with six seats.
