This spacious, private upper-floor home occupies the entire building footprint in the heart of historic downtown Moorefield. Step out to walk to multiple local restaurants and shops, then relax in the historic downtown getaway with King and Queen beds, a Queen Murphy bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps 8.

Perfectly suited for families, vacationers, remote workers, and traveling business or corporate professionals. Due to our delicate historic woodwork and custom finishes, we cannot accommodate heavy construction, industrial, or trade crews. We do, however, welcome utility specialists and corporate contractors by inquiry to ensure our gear and property-care policies are a good fit.

Occupancy Guidelines:
• Standard & Vacation Stays: Up to 8 guests maximum.
• Extended Stays (14+ days): Typically limited to 3 guests to ensure optimal comfort, parking, and quiet residential living. Groups exceeding 3 guests for longer stays will be considered upon special request.
