Soft daylight filtering through the broad glazed doors gives this intimate sitting area a gentle, relaxed atmosphere. A comfortable sofa and simple coffee table create an uncomplicated place to read, chat or unwind between outings, while framed pictures lend the room a personal, traditional touch. The tiled floor suits the easy Mediterranean character, and the glazing draws natural light deep into the interior.

Medulin offers a lively coastal setting at the southern tip of Istria, where swimming, seaside walks and time around the harbour can shape leisurely holiday days. The surrounding shoreline is dotted with bays and beaches, while nearby Cape Kamenjak rewards exploration with rocky coves, walking and cycling trails, and views across the Adriatic. History lovers can head to Pula to discover its Roman amphitheatre, ancient monuments and old streets. Back in Medulin, waterfront restaurants provide an inviting introduction to Istrian seafood, regional pasta dishes and locally produced olive oil.
