A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to Saltwater Sky!
Escape to a spacious island home where Gulf views, a private heated pool, and an unbeatable walkable location come together for an easygoing beach getaway.
Located in the heart of St. George Island, this home puts you just minutes from the public beach, local restaurants, and the lighthouse. You can spend the morning at the beach, cool off in your private pool, enjoy cocktails on the rooftop Gulf view deck, and walk to dinner without ever needing to get in the car.
The Space
Saltwater Sky is spread across three thoughtfully designed levels, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, recharge, and enjoy the island at their own pace. The layout offers a nice balance of shared spaces and private retreats, with something for everyone.
The main floor is the heart of the home, with an open living room, kitchen, and dining area made for gathering. Just off the main living space is a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Best of all, this bedroom is on the main level with no stairs, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer a first-floor bedroom.
Up on the second floor, you'll find two king bedrooms, each with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool with Gulf views—a beautiful spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening.
The third floor has a little personality of its own. The kids can claim the twin bunk room, complete with its own full bathroom and wet bar, giving them a space to hang out, play, and have a little independence while the adults enjoy the floors below.
And then there's the location. The beach is just 0.1 miles away—about one block from the house—and the walking path is directly across the street. Whether you're heading out for a morning beach walk, an afternoon swim, or an evening stroll, getting outside couldn't be easier.
With three private bedrooms plus a separate bunk room, Saltwater Sky is ideal for families and groups who want both together time and room to spread out. Add in the private heated pool and rooftop Gulf-view deck, and you may find yourself perfectly happy spending the whole day at home.
