Welcome to this spacious, contemporary house, ideally situated on the hills above Saint-Pabu, with sweeping views of the sea, designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience to families and groups.



The Space:

The house has a reverse layout: the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living areas are upstairs.



This lower level is entirely dedicated to the sleeping areas and comprises three separate bedrooms:

As you enter, an office and dressing area leads to a lovely, cosy bedroom decorated with a large ‘world map’ mural, furnished with a single bed (80 x 190 cm), perfect for a child or teenager seeking some peace and quiet.

A second cosy double bedroom with wooden flooring, enhanced by stunning panoramic wallpaper featuring an underwater theme, where you’ll enjoy peaceful nights in its double bed (160 x 200 cm).

To make life easier for the whole family at busy times, a separate bathroom with a bath and toilet is located right next door.

Finally, a beautiful master suite with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), featuring a large bay window with direct access to the garden terrace, and a spacious, functional shower room with twin washbasins and a toilet.



The first floor is the true heart of the house, designed as a place to gather and share special moments with the family. Bathed in light thanks to XXL bay windows that frame the ocean like a painting, this open-plan living space offers a generous sense of space where indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly.



The large living area combines a cosy lounge, furnished with sofas and armchairs facing the coast, with a dining area ready to host your meals overlooking the vast blue sea.

Adjacent to this, the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped to cater for the whole family (oven, hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and a full range of small appliances). The living room and kitchen open onto a superb south-facing, wooden-decked balcony, furnished with a large garden table, so you can enjoy al fresco lunches sheltered from the wind whilst admiring the view of the Saint-Pabu coastline.

A third toilet also completes this floor.



The little extras you won’t find anywhere else? A final clean included, bed and bath linen provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and offering advice on things to do and places of interest to visit!



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can enjoy Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
