The complex features 6 pools (including 3 rooftop pools), free parking for two cars, elevator and stair access, and convenient golf cart service for getting around comfortably.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including children and infants).
The condominium has internal regulations that will be shared prior to your arrival and explained during check-in. In the event of non-compliance, the condominium administration may apply the corresponding penalties. These measures are entirely beyond our management and responsibility.
There is a $100 MXN fee per wristband for guests over 10 years old at check-in.

4. **Wristbands:** Guests are required to wear the wristband provided during registration. The cost is **$100 MXN per wristband**.
5. **Visitors:** Renters and guests are not permitted to receive additional visitors under any circumstances.

# POOL, COMMON AREAS, AND BEACH
1. **Pool Hours:** 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests must comply with all pool area regulations.
2. **Use at Own Risk:** Use of the pools and ocean access is at the user`s own risk. The property does not provide lifeguard services.
3. **Authorized Towels:** Only towels approved by management are permitted.
4. **Sound Equipment:** Speakers and sound systems are prohibited in common areas.
5. **Glass Containers:** Glassware and glass containers are not permitted in the pools, common areas, or on the beach.
6. **Disposable Plates and Cups:** Not permitted.
7. **Furniture Use:** Reserving lounge chairs, tables, or chairs is prohibited. Authorized staff may remove unattended items from common areas.
8. **Pool Entry:** Guests must rinse off sand before entering the pool by using the beach club showers.
9. **Pool Restrictions:** Smoking, eating, and drinking inside the pool are prohibited.
10. **Alcohol and Drugs:** The use of illegal drugs or toxic substances is strictly prohibited anywhere within the development. Individuals who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be removed by security personnel.
11. **Coolers:** Coolers are only permitted in **Phase 1 pools** and the **beach area**, provided they are made of hard plastic.
* Styrofoam coolers and disposable coolers are prohibited.
* Coolers are not allowed in **Beach Pools, Phase 2 Pools, or the Rooftop Pool Area**.
12. **Inflatables:** Only small inflatables that do not obstruct or endanger other guests are permitted.
13. **Swim Diapers:** Required for children under 3 years old.
14. **Bonfires and Fireworks:** Strictly prohibited in all common areas, especially on the beach.
15. **Tree Protection:** Damaging beach trees is prohibited.
**Warning:** Fruit from the Manzanilla tree is poisonous. Avoid touching or consuming it.
16. **Boats and Watercraft:** Boats may not be beached. They must remain anchored at least 100 meters from shore. Fuel handling and mechanical work are prohibited in the area.

Bolongo is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings, property damage, accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, or similar incidents occurring anywhere within the development, including private units, parking areas, pools, beach club, and common areas.
