The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 90 m² house in La Bresse for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
– A 30 m² living room with a sofa, a TV, a fireplace and a dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe.
– A bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs:
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot.
– A dormitory-style bedroom with three single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 5, beds 90×190).
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha.
Outside:
– A private, semi-enclosed garden of 15 m², south-facing and shaded, with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in La Bresse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
– Tour of the sweet factory,
– Walks, hikes, cycling, mountain biking,
