Step into your bright, thoughtfully designed retreat, where an open-plan living space welcomes you with natural light and soft neutral tones. Relax on the comfortable sofa or stylish armchairs, and enjoy a dining area that flows seamlessly into a large, bright kitchen. Kitchen: Fully stocked with white cabinets, butcher block countertops, and stainless steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee+ Bar: Well-organized, with all the essentials you need to cook, brew or unwind. Basic spices, olive oil, coffee, assortment of teas, sweeteners, dishwashing pods, cleaning supplies, paper towels, extra trash bags, dish and hand soap are provided. Entertainment: Games are provided for your enjoyment. Laundry Room has a steamer, laundry pods, dryer sheets, first aid kit, sewing kit, broom and vacuum. Rest comes easy in our three distinct bedrooms, each designed for ultimate comfort: Primary Bedroom: Offers a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed. Third Bedroom: Equipped with twin bunk beds and dedicated work space. All bedrooms include: Plush beds, crisp white linens, soft throws, large closets, hangers and clothes storage, luggage racks, fans, sound machines, blackout curtains, pillow choices with soft, medium, and firm options to suit your preferences. Two full size bathrooms: clean and modern complete the space. Making our home ideal for both short-term and mid-term stays. Guest access: Enjoy complete privacy with full, private access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, and laundry area. Our easy self check-in process allows you to settle in and feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Please note that the backyard is not currently set up for guest use and is not considered a usable space; we kindly ask that guests do not access this area during their stay. Other things to note: We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors especially during quiet hours; 10:00pm-8:00am. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Please reach out in advance if you'd like to discuss your plans -we're happy to communicate and help determine what's appropriate for the space. Home and Comfort: The home is thoughtfully stocked for comfort and convenience. While we do our best to provide everything you may need, we recommend bringing any personal specialty items you prefer. Safety and Property: For your safety, property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring entry points only. There are no cameras inside the home. Items and furnishings provided in the home are for use on the property only and may not be removed from the premises. There are flashlights, batteries and charging cords for your use during your stay. Located in the top drawer next to entry table. Children and Family: The home is family-friendly and includes amenities for little ones. However, the space is not fully childproofed, so parental supervision is required. Parking: Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on the driveway. Stay and Maintenance: You may see maintenance on the property during your stay, lawn care or other exterior maintenance, depending on the time of the year, as well as cleaning staff restocking items in the garage. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an added fee. During your stay, we request your assistance with taking the trash bin to the curb on Thursday nights and return on Fridays after pick up at your earliest convenience. No smoking, vaping, drugs are allowed at any time on the premises. No hair dye on the property. For disruptive behavior including parties, additional guests, excessive noise, or violation of house rules, guest may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
