Our (fully registered) holiday getaway "Indoyo Retreat" is in Busselton, the gateway to the stunningly beautiful south-west region of Western Australia. Indoyō Retreat is only 300m from the beautiful Geographe Bay, a little over 2km from Busselton central and its famous jetty and has views and direct access to the peppermint tree-filled Longlands Park.

Guests have the full house to themselves for their stay. Boasting a private entrance, our air-conditioned holiday home comes with 2 living rooms, 3 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bath.

The property sleeps 6, is fully furnished and includes:
• 2 living areas
• 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 2 singles), with hotel quality bed linen & towels if requested
• 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower
• separate toilet and laundry
• fully equipped kitchen with all necessary items, including an espresso coffee machine
• flat screen smart tv with NETLFIX, dvd player and surround sound system
• books, dvds and games available for guests use
• outdoor patio with Weber bbq, table setting and outdoor lounge
• fully enclosed yard with lawn

Our property is dog friendly, and has a fully enclosed yard to keep your pooch safe. A double dog bed and bowls are supplied. But please be aware of recent Council Regulations for Holiday Rentals that dogs must NOT left unattended at the Property (outside or inside) during your stay. Also, we do ask you to please keep them out of the carpeted bedrooms and to also pick up any doggy-do's in the yard.

For some convenience, there is a bus stop right outside the property. Located just minutes from local shops in Geographe or a short drive from Busselton central, Indoyo Retreat is the perfect house for exploring the stunning Geographe Bay and Margaret River regions. Whether you're here for a relaxing break, chill on the beach or one of the many Events held in the region, this beautiful holiday house offers everything you need for a stress-free and memorable trip.

Additional note:
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton is home to natural wetlands, so from October to Feburary you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We do stock mosquito coils in the pantry, but recommend you bring repellent if you need extra protection.

We also supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, tea, coffee, paper towels and some cleaning products for the first couple of days.

We also do let our property out for Leavers' Week (in Nov), but we do a spot check during the week to ensure the Property is being looked after and a special Bond ($1000).
