The garage is not available for guests' use. Laundry access is included for stays of 5+ nights via an on-site lockbox (shared with the basement tenant).

Tucked into a quiet residential pocket, this suite sits just steps from Vancouver's Main Street strip — a stretch known for some of the city's most talked-about restaurants, including Savio Volpe and Published on Main. It's a walkable neighborhood with a relaxed, local feel, offering easy access to the area's dining, shops, and daily conveniences.



Getting Around:

This home sits in a walkable, bike-friendly stretch of Main Street, making it easy to get around on foot or by bike without a car. Free driveway parking for 1 vehicle is included for guests who do drive, with ample free street parking nearby.



Other Things to Note:

• Please note that long-term tenants occupy the ground-floor suite with their own separate entrances. Laundry facilities are shared, and access is limited to stays of 5+ nights.

• Please keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 9 AM. Tenants live on the lower level, and sound can travel between spaces, so please be mindful of noise during your stay.

• For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, shoes are not permitted indoors.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.
