A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Three stories of cream stucco Spanish architecture built into a canyon hillside, with arched windows, wrought iron Juliet balconies, and a solid wood front door painted sage green behind a speakeasy grille. Renovated in 2025, roughly 2,400 square feet inside and over 3,000 counting the outdoor spaces. A switchback staircase with white cable railings and dark wood treads runs up the center of the house under skylights, which is why the interior holds daylight at every level.
Living, dining, and cooking share the main floor. A tiled fireplace anchors the living area, with a sectional, leather barrel chairs, and a mounted television arranged around it. Three steps up, an oval dining table seats six beneath a soft blue and white cloud mural, and three barstools pull up to the kitchen counter, which is where the laptop and the coffee tend to end up during the day. The laundry room and a powder room sit just past the kitchen, so guests never go upstairs and neither does the washing.
The kitchen is the argument for cooking at home. A Viking gas range, stainless double wall oven, French door refrigerator, built in microwave, and an island with an undermount sink and filtered water at the tap. Dark stained cabinetry, white quartz counters, and a glass tile mosaic backsplash. Cookware, dishware, glassware, and pantry basics are stocked and ready.
The middle level holds two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom of its own. One has a queen bed and opens to its own deck with canyon views, with a walk in closet and an ensuite pairing a jetted tub with a shower. The other is a long, quiet room with a full bed and two closets, and an ensuite with a tub and shower combination. Both are built around mural walls, one a black and white surfer on the beach, the other sepia ocean waves wrapping a rounded turret nook, and the rooms are the better for it.
The primary has the top floor to itself. A king bed, arched windows and a balcony that opens to the hillside, and a walk in closet. Its bathroom is the one people talk about, a jetted soaking tub, a large walk in shower, two vanities, and the toilet in a room of its own. Three suites on three separate landings is what makes this home work for more than one adult over a long stay, and the primary is genuinely private from the rest of the house.
The top of the property is a terrace set against a tiered hillside wall, with a hot tub and lounge seating and nothing above it but canyon. It is the part of the house that gets used every evening. There is a second sitting area at the entry under an umbrella, shaded and screened for privacy.
The practical things a long stay depends on are in place. Central air and heat throughout, a tankless water heater, a stacked LG washer and dryer on the main floor, and a mailbox guests can use for deliveries. The two car garage sits off the street, wifi runs throughout, and the televisions carry streaming.
The home is stacked across three levels with a flight of stairs between each, so it suits guests comfortable with stairs rather than anyone looking for single level living. The street is a narrow canyon road, which is what keeps it quiet, and the garage takes a little skill to pull into.
Guests will have access to the entire home, the garage, the hillside terrace and hot tub, and the entry patio. There will be no one else in the home.
The Open Air Homes team is dedicated to ensuring a great experience for your stay! We`re here to assist with any inquiries or provide local recommendations for your exploration in the area.
The home sits off Benedict Canyon in the hills above Beverly Hills, on a quiet residential street of tiered Spanish and Mediterranean houses. The appeal is the trade it offers. You are in a canyon, surrounded by hillside and trees with almost no through traffic, and Rodeo Drive and the Beverly Hills Hotel are a five minute drive down the road. Groceries, restaurants, and errands are all on the flats below. Franklin Canyon Park and the Beverly Hills Reservoir loop are close for a morning walk, and the canyon roads run north to Mulholland Drive and over the hill to Studio City and Ventura Boulevard. Sunset Boulevard and the Westside are minutes away, and the 405 is the quick line to the airport.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you`re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your stay, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
Please note the street is a narrow canyon road. Guests should park with the direction of traffic, avoid blocking the road, and avoid parking in front of neighboring driveways.
The hot tub is for guest use throughout the stay and children must be supervised at all times.
Please note there is a Ring video doorbell and an exterior Ring floodlight camera on the property, which record exterior activity only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
