Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire main house across both floors — all four bedrooms, all four bathrooms, the living and dining areas, the library, kitchen, wet bar, backyard, tennis court, and basketball hoop. One bedroom on the upper floor is reserved and will remain locked throughout your stay. The driveway and fountain courtyard are also available for guest use.

Nestled in the heart of Vancouver's beloved west side, this property sits in a quiet, tree-lined pocket between the Point Grey and Kitsilano neighbourhoods. It's the kind of area where locals jog the seawall at sunrise, cycle the dedicated lanes along Point Grey Road, and spend summer afternoons at Jericho Beach or Locarno Beach — both just minutes away on foot. The Pacific Spirit Regional Park, one of Vancouver's great urban forests with over 70 km of trails, essentially begins at the end of the block. UBC's world-class campus, the Museum of Anthropology, and the Nitobe Memorial Garden are a short drive or cycle west. For everyday needs, West 10th Avenue and West Broadway offer independent cafés, grocers, restaurants, and boutiques within easy reach. The property is well-served by TransLink bus routes along West 4th Avenue, West 10th Avenue, and West Broadway, connecting guests to downtown Vancouver and UBC within roughly 20–30 minutes. The 99 B-Line rapid bus — Vancouver's busiest route — is accessible along Broadway for fast city-wide connections. Cyclists will find dedicated lanes along Point Grey Road and Cornwall Avenue leading directly to the Burrard Bridge and the downtown core. For drivers, West 4th Ave and West Broadway provide straightforward access downtown, while Oak Street and Granville Street connect to Highway 1 for trips to North Vancouver, Burnaby, and beyond. Free driveway parking is available on-site, with additional free unsigned street parking directly outside the property.

• The property includes a basement suite, which is separately rented — you may have neighbours during your stay

• The library is home to a resident pet turtle — he stays in his tank, and a member of our team will visit once a week to feed him

• Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.

• Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
