Park anywhere in the lot surrounding the building. The entrance is step-free. Enter the building code on the keypad beside the door, then take the elevator, located toward the front of the building, to the fourth floor. Your unit code opens the apartment door. Both codes are released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
