The location – why it's so good
You are right between Stavanger and the Lysefjorden.
This means:

- close to town and shops
- but without tourist crowds
Many guests choose this place because hotels around Preikestolen are often busy and expensive - here you have space and nature.
- Activities in the area
Pulpit Rock
± 35 minutes drive (Preikestolen Basecamp)
The most famous hike in Norway (604 meters above the fjord).
Well laid out path, about 4–5 hours total walking.

About the wood-fired hot tub
The home features a traditional wood-fired hot tub. Please note that it takes about 3 hours for the water to reach the right temperature.
Heating the hot tub is part of the authentic Norwegian outdoor experience. Unlike an electric Jacuzzi, a wood-fired hot tub requires some preparation. You fill the hot tub with water, turn on the heater, keep an eye on the temperature, and add extra wood as needed during heating.
Many guests experience this as a cozy and unique activity that fits perfectly with a stay in the Norwegian countryside.
The house is private property. Handle personal belongings with care
