The space
The suite has its own private entrance with self check-in using a smart lock and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The basement is a private short-term rental suite with two bedrooms, one bathroom and fully furnished kitchen. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and the suite is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
For the safety and security of both our guests and our property there are several exterior cameras installed around the house. there are no cameras inside the suit.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire private basement suite. The main front gate is shared, as it provides access to our family home and the guest suite. After entering through the gate, please follow the path to the right side of the house and walk down the stairs to your private entrance. The suite has its own separate entrance with self check-in using a smart lock, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy during your stay.

Enjoy easy access stores. restaurants, parks o beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Most outdoor attractions are just 5–25 minutes away, making Cozy Casita a great home base for exploring Mission and the Fraser Valley.

Other things to note
Cozy Casita is located in the basement of our family home. We are a family of three—my husband, our wonderful 5-year-old son, and me—and we live upstairs.
Your suite is completely private with its own entrance. Because this is a family home, you may occasionally hear normal daytime household sounds, such as footsteps or our little one playing. We do our best to maintain a quiet and respectful environment, especially during the evening and early morning hours.
The Smart TV includes popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video. Guests are welcome to sign in using their own streaming accounts and should remember to sign out before checkout.
