No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy & Fees
A maximum of one pet is permitted, with a weight limit of 20 lbs. A $325 pet fee applies. Additional pets are only permitted with prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
Pets must be crated if left unattended inside the home and must remain on a leash at all times while outside on the property.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Any evidence of pet waste left on the premises will result in an additional $150 fee.

The home is ground floor and is listed as suitable for elderly guests. Access is only by stairs.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
