THE PALAZZO

Palazzo Molin del Cuoridoro is an exceptional example of Venetian Gothic architecture. Once the home of Doge Francesco Molin, the historic residence has been carefully restored while preserving its distinctive architectural details.

The palazzo features a historic coat of arms, Gothic Fiorito windows, and two exquisite water doors opening towards Venice's canals. La Corte dei Cuoridoro 2 can be accessed through one of these water doors or through the Culti-decorated communal 'androne' hallway.

The water door also offers a particularly memorable arrival and departure option, allowing guests to arrive by private water taxi.

SECOND FLOOR — LIVING & DINING

The second floor is dominated by an impressive main living space with towering proportions and a sophisticated contemporary design.

A vast L-shaped sofa provides a comfortable place to relax, while a Knoll Saarinen dining table with contemporary metal wire chairs seats six. The room also includes a well-equipped kitchenette suitable for preparing meals and light cooking.

A striking floor-to-ceiling mural depicting the Campanile and Doge's Palace forms the centrepiece of the room, complemented by a Mariano Fortuny-style black tripod floor lamp.

Half-glazed doors open onto stand-on balconies overlooking the Rio dei Barcaroli canal. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views over the water and surrounding Venetian architecture.

The surrounding area provides an excellent base for experiencing the city from early morning through the evening, when St. Mark's Square and the surrounding historic buildings take on a particularly atmospheric character.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive use of La Corte dei Cuoridoro 2 across its first and second floors.

The apartment can be accessed through the palazzo's water door or the Culti-decorated communal 'androne' hallway.

Please note that the communal 'androne' hallway and courtyard garden are reserved for residents of the palazzo and are not available for guest use. Picnics, dining, and sunbathing are also not permitted in these communal areas.

STAIRS & ACCESS

The apartment is spread across the first and second floors and is reached by stairs.

There is no elevator, so guests should take the stair access into consideration when planning their stay, particularly when travelling with luggage.

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

The operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to municipal regulations.

In general, heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October.

UTILITIES & INCLUDED SERVICES

The accommodation rate is fully inclusive of utilities regardless of the length of stay.

Gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, welcome on arrival, and check-in until 8 p.m. are included. Air conditioning and internet access are also included when available at the chosen apartment.

For stays longer than seven nights, a weekly change of bed linen and towels is included.

Telephone charges, where applicable, are extra.

CHECK-IN

Standard check-in is from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Arrivals before 3 p.m. can be arranged upon request.

Arrivals between 8 p.m. and midnight incur a €50 arrival fee, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in between midnight and 1 a.m. can be arranged with a €100 surcharge, also payable in cash. Arrivals after 1 a.m. can only be organized upon request.

VENICE TOURIST TAX

The Venice Tourist Tax is an additional charge and is not included in the accommodation rate.

The tax is €4 per person per night and applies to the first five consecutive nights of a stay. It is payable in cash in euros to the property's representative upon arrival.
