At the entrance of the apartment you are greeted by a bright living area with an open kitchen, fully equipped to allow guests to live the house in full autonomy. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed, used for the third and fourth guests, as well as a 50-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a queen size bed, furnished in a modern style and designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bathroom, characterized by contemporary finishes, is equipped with a bidet and a large shower.
Both the living area and the sleeping area are equipped with air conditioning, so as to ensure maximum comfort even during the hottest months.
For guests staying with two people, a double bed is normally provided. If two guests wish to use separate beds, it is also possible to request the preparation of the sofa bed with a supplement of €20.00. The sofa bed, on the other hand, is provided without the need for an additional request for reservations of three or four people.
For those who reach Monza by car, in the streets immediately surrounding the complex it is generally possible to find free parking without time restrictions.
The location is particularly strategic to easily reach the center of Monza, the Villa Reale and the Monza Park, the National Racetrack, Milan and the main destinations in Lombardy. The nearby arterial roads also allow you to travel comfortably to Lake Como, Bergamo and other cities in the region.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, consisting of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
