For stays longer than seven nights, a weekly change of bed linen and towels is included.

CHECK-IN
Standard check-in is from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. Arrivals before 3 p.m. can be arranged upon request.
Arrivals between 8 p.m. and midnight incur a €50 arrival fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in between midnight and 1 a.m. can be organized with a €100 surcharge, also payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-in after 1 a.m. can only be organized upon request.
A porter service for luggage can also be arranged in advance for this third-floor apartment, subject to an additional surcharge.
VENICE TOURIST TAX
The Venice Tourist Tax is an additional charge and is not included in the accommodation rate.
The tax is €4 per person per night and applies to the first five consecutive nights of a stay in Venice. It is payable in cash in euros to the property's representative upon arrival.
