Welcome to Camp Bay Beach House, a spacious beachfront retreat set along 90 feet of private Caribbean beachfront, where tropical gardens, open-air living, and the sea come together. Located in Roatán’s peaceful Camp Bay area, this beautifully designed home offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a private oceanfront pool, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, dining, and gathering.

At the center of the home is a large covered, open-air dining area with a custom table, vaulted wood ceiling, fans, and an adjoining grilling space. This breezy central area connects the home’s two sleeping wings and provides a wonderful setting for shared meals and casual island evenings.

Across from one of the guest bedrooms is the large, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a center island, dishwasher, ample workspace, and a charming built-in bench seat. A separate laundry room adds convenience.

Step down a few stairs from the kitchen into the bright, spacious living room. Large windows fill the room with tropical light, while multiple seating areas provide plenty of space for everyone. Relax on the comfortable sofa around the custom tree-trunk and glass coffee table, watch the large Smart TV, or settle into the cozy ocean-facing furniture to socialize and enjoy the view.

Sleeping Arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning, a television, and room-darkening shades. The ocean-facing shades are electronically operated for added convenience. Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool and pavilion/terrace area, allowing you to wake up just steps from the Caribbean.

A few steps lead up to the spacious primary bathroom and closet area. The ensuite includes a large closet, dual sinks, a separate toilet room, and an impressive tiled shower that opens to a private outdoor shower—an unforgettable tropical feature.

The first guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the central dining area, across from the kitchen. It includes a queen bed, air conditioning, a television, and a door opening to a small patio facing the ocean. This bedroom also has its own full bathroom with a tiled shower.

The third bedroom is located on the same side of the home as the primary suite. It offers a full-size bed, air conditioning, television and a desk—ideal for guests who may need a quiet place to work or plan the day’s island adventures.

Outdoor Living

The private pool sits at the heart of the outdoor experience, overlooking the palm-lined beach and turquoise Caribbean Sea. Beside the pool, a large covered pavilion/terrace offers comfortable lounge seating, cooling ocean breezes, and a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the many hummingbird, afternoon relaxation, or evening cocktails.

The separate covered dining and grilling area makes outdoor meals easy and enjoyable, while the spacious sandy yard provides room to unwind beneath the coconut palms.

Step beyond the pool and gardens to the natural beachfront, where you can watch the colors of the reef change throughout the day, listen to the waves, and occasionally spot kiteboarders passing in the distance.

Important to Know Before Booking

Electricity & Air Conditioning: The property has solar power, and general household electricity is included in your stay. Only electricity used by the air-conditioning units is monitored and billed separately at $0.40 USD per kWh, based on actual usage during your stay. To conserve energy and avoid unnecessary charges, please turn off the AC when leaving the property and whenever doors or windows are open.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Island Living: You may encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.

Guest Services: We are happy to help make your stay easier with airport transportation, grocery stops, car rentals, private drivers, private chefs, massages, excursions, diving recommendations and other island services. Just let us know what you're interested in and we'll be happy to assist.

Starter Supplies: The home is stocked with a starter supply of basic household essentials to help you get settled upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Drinking Water: Where 5-gallon drinking water jugs are provided for your arrival. Empty jugs may be exchanged for full ones at roadside stores and other locations selling drinking water, typically for approximately $2 USD per jug.
