Six minutes from the airport, 200 meters from the metro, and framed by floor-to-ceiling glass where morning light pours across high ceilings, this ground-floor one-bedroom puts coastal Copenhagen right at your threshold. Designed with quiet Nordic discipline by Anders Busk Faarborg, you step directly through a private street entrance into a space built for slow coffee, clean lines, and unhurried days.

Inside, an open-plan kitchen and dining nook flow straight into a deep-set king bedroom with a flat-screen TV for quiet late-night films. Around the corner sits a hotel-grade, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with zero clearance friction, while outside, your private patio or garden path opens straight toward Amager Strandpark’s sandy trails and morning runners.

Green electricity hums quietly behind A15 eco-certified walls, supported by on-site gym access, street parking, travel crib setup, 24/7 digital support, and zero single-use plastics. (Note: Temporary exterior scaffolding is active on the building exterior, which may cause occasional daytime construction noise.)
