Layan Beach: calm, swimmable water and far fewer crowds than Bang Tao's main stretch. Beachfront seafood restaurants a short walk away. 5–10 minutes by car to Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket, and Bang Tao's beach clubs. Around 25 minutes from Phuket Airport.

You’ll enjoy the entire apartment to yourself: private bedroom, air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with no shared areas.



• Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM until 8PM maximum, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING:
• A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.

• A one-day pass to the Kids Club costs 350 THB per child.

• We will provide you a card to get access to the gym. Please note that if the card is lost, it will cost you 200 THB to be replaced.

• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.

• For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival.

• Please treat the apartment with care and respect, we want all guests to enjoy their time here :)

• Please be advised that rooftop drilling work for the Solar PV mounting system will be carried out at Building A5 from 10–21 September 2026, between 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. There may be noise from the drilling machinery during these hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.


There is some construction nearby during daytime hours. Most guests tell us it does not affect their stay, but we prefer to be transparent and let you know in advance. Thank you for your understanding. 🌴
