Guests have access to the entire home. Garage closets are locked and not accessible for host access and use.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
For everyone’s safety, please follow these pool rules:
-Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool and spa.
-No running, pushing, horseplay, or roughhousing in the pool area.
-No diving unless the pool is specifically designated for diving.
-Do not sit, stand, or climb on pool equipment, gates, fences, or covers.
-Glass is strictly prohibited in or around the pool area. -Please use plastic or non-breakable containers.
-No food or drinks in the pool or spa.
-Please use the restroom before entering the pool or spa.
-Do not use the pool or spa if you are ill, injured, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-Keep pool gates/doors closed and secured when the pool area is not in use.
-Do not tamper with pool equipment, heaters, pumps, valves, or controls.
-Please report any broken equipment, damaged fencing, missing safety items, or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
