The building's exterior and entrance are undergoing a full renovation iwith work set to finish in October 2026. We apologize that the current first impression does not yet match the quality of the interior - but it does not affect the comfort or quality of the flat itself.

Flights of stairs & Attic Bedroom (as shown in listing):
The flat is accessed by 2 flights of stairs and the third bedroom is located under the roof and is accessed via an additional steep staircase. This space is ideal for children over 10 or a younger couple, but is unsuitable for young children, the elderly or those with limited mobility due to the steep stairs and lower ceilings
