You’ll enjoy the entire apartment to yourself: private bedroom, air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony with no shared areas.

• A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.

• Electricity usage is billed separately at 7 THB per kWh. Meter readings will be recorded at check-in and check-out, and you’ll be charged based on actual consumption during your stay.

• Check-in is usually anytime after 3:00 PM until 8PM maximum, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re often flexible with timing, but it’s not guaranteed , just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

• Additional charges may apply for any loss or damage during your stay.

• For Thailand Tourism compliance and your safety, we will request you to send Passport photos for all guests prior to your arrival.

• Extra cleaning and bedding changes are available at an additional price of 2,000 THB per time. Please request the service here via messages, 2 days prior.

• Please note that parking inside the property is not available, as the parking spaces are reserved for long-term residents only. Free parking is available outside the property, directly opposite the building.
