The apartment is located in Choeng Thale, one of Phuket’s most convenient areas for combining beach time, cafés, fitness, and everyday comfort.

• Bang Tao Beach - around 15 minutes on foot or 3–4 minutes by scooter/car

• Boat Avenue / Porto de Phuket / Villa Market - a short drive away

A quick note for guests planning to walk a lot:
as is common in Phuket, sidewalks are not always available, so many guests find scooter or car access more convenient and comfortable. For scenic walks or runs, there is also a beautiful park just 6-7 minutes away by car.

Please note: there is a construction site on a neighboring street.

The apartment itself remains quiet, but you may notice the construction area when arriving to or leaving the condominium.

• A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is requested at the checkin and must be settled by cash.

•For stays of 7 nights or more, one extra set of fresh bed linen and towels is provided free of charge.

•Additional cleaning and linen/towel change can be arranged for 1200 THB per service with 1–2 days’ notice.

• If you need a late check-in after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance ; this is available by prior arrangement only, and it is not automatically granted. Send us a message before proceeding with any booking if you believe your checkin will be after 8PM. Thank you
