Welcome to your Lisbon base, set in one of the city's oldest and most characterful areas. Spread across two floors, this comfortable apartment combines practical living spaces with a separate upstairs bedroom, making it a convenient choice for couples, families or small groups exploring the city.

Living & Dining Area:

The open-plan living area brings together the lounge, dining space and kitchen, featuring wonderful river views. Relax on the sofa after a day exploring Lisbon, enjoy a film on the TV or gather around the dining table for a meal at home.
The apartment also features a second sitting area with a double sofa bed, offering the possibility to accommodate two extra guests.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is equipped for meal preparation during your stay, with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with basic cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also available.

Bedroom:

Upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, heating and a dedicated desk, providing a quieter space to rest or work. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and river views.

Bathrooms:

The apartment has two bathrooms with shower (one per floor).

Location:

The apartment is located in Lisbon's historic centre, within walking distance of some of the city's best-known landmarks. Castelo de São Jorge is around 9 minutes away on foot, while Lisbon Cathedral is approximately a 12-minute walk away. Praça do Comércio can be reached in around 16 minutes, with Rossio approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

Santa Apolónia Station is also around a 13-minute walk away, offering convenient rail and transport connections.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding EUR150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
