￫ Self-Catering Accommodation

The property operates on a self-catering basis. A selection of essential items is provided upon arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other basic necessities. These items are offered as a courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay.

￫ Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning

The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers the final cleaning after check-out only. During your stay, additional cleaning services or bed linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. One set of keys will be provided.

The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbours. These devices only measure noise levels (decibels); they do not record conversations or use cameras, ensuring your privacy at all times.

￫ Extended Stays (28+ nights)

For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, guests agree to these conditions.
