Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 37 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a table seating 6 people.
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90 x 190), fitted wardrobes
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200), fitted wardrobes
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet with washbasin.

You will also have access to the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, high chair and travel cot (please request this when booking; we will set up the travel cot for your baby). - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, approximately 5 minutes by car (1.7 km) or 25 minutes on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 1 hour 5 minutes by car (76.3 km)
- From Place St-Vincent, you’ll find buses and coaches departing for all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as for Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey depart from the ferry terminal, a 15-minute walk away.

To gain access to your accommodation, you can choose between:

- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Avenue Jean Jaurès, 450 metres from the station, a 25-minute walk from the property or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, lines 2 and 8.
