Challenge your group to a game of pickleball, shoot hoops on the court, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a meal together at the oversized outdoor dining table. Back inside, shuffleboard and two additional dining tables provide even more space for games, meals, and time together.



When it’s time to relax, enjoy the home’s standout amenity: a year-round heated Soake Pool, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

BEACH ITEMS: 4 beach chairs, wagon, 2 paddle boards, 1 adult life jacket, 4 children's life jackets, assorted beach toys, 9 beach towels

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and standard drip coffee maker

GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C, soaps

PARKING: 1 car in the garage, 3 in the driveway

House Rules and Policies

- Maximum Occupancy is 12 people

- No smoking

- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: There is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home. Exterior security cameras are present around the property, including the pool area. These cameras are for security purposes and should not be relied upon for supervision or personal safety.



PAYMENT TERMS:

25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
