LOCATION

The condo is conveniently located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, just across the street from the beach and within easy reach of local seafood restaurants, shopping, mini golf, entertainment and popular family attractions.

PARKING

One assigned parking space is provided. Additional guest and overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• No pets
• No smoking
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Boats, jet skis, RVs and trailers may not be parked or stored on the property
• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM
• Exterior security cameras may be present; there are no cameras inside the condo
