The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with direct access to its own private bathroom. The second spacious bedroom has two single beds that can be positioned together if preferred, along with direct access to its own bathroom—an especially convenient layout for couples, families, friends or colleagues travelling together who value their own space and privacy.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, with a hairdryer available in the main bathroom. The second bathroom also houses the apartment’s washer/dryer combination, making laundry easy and convenient, particularly for longer stays.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area give you the freedom to prepare and enjoy meals at home whenever you choose, with a coffee machine for an easy start to the morning.

Check-in & Arrival:
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Before your stay, we’ll send you a detailed Check-In Guide with everything you need for a smooth arrival, including step-by-step directions, photos, key collection, parking and building access information.

Key collection is simple and conveniently located at a nearby convenience store, less than a 5-minute walk from The Rothbury Hotel. Your personal key collection details will be provided before arrival.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please message us in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request when our booking and housekeeping schedule allows, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Starter Supplies:
To make your arrival a little easier, we provide a selection of essential toiletries and starter supplies, along with coffee for the apartment’s coffee machine. These are intended to help you settle in and are generally suitable for the first few days of your stay. For longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional toiletries, coffee and other personal essentials according to your needs.

Keys & Building Access:
Your key set includes an apartment key and building access fob. Please keep both with you whenever you leave, as the apartment door locks automatically when closed.

Parking:
One private parking space is provided exclusively for the apartment at no additional cost. Please park only in the designated space allocated to Apartment 207 and avoid other reserved spaces or common areas. Full parking directions, including photos and access instructions, are included in your Check-In Guide.

House Rules:
As the apartment is located within a shared residential building, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and building residents. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests may stay at the property.

During your Stay:
