The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher, ample counter space, and the essentials needed to prepare anything from morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner.

The home includes one bedroom furnished with two queen beds, making it a comfortable option for couples, friends, small families, or guests traveling together. There is one full bathroom, along with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Please be aware that a freight train runs behind the apartment complex, operating irregularly, including during the night. While some guests may not be bothered by the noise, others may find it disruptive. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend not renting this property.

The train travels from Memphis to Nashville, but it does not blow its horn near the building, so you will mostly hear it as background noise. It is mostly obscured from view by vegetation. To help minimize disturbances, sound and light-reducing curtains and a sound machine are provided.
