*The lake water is normally lowered or dry during the months September through May. Please plan accordingly for your activities during your stay. Visit TVA site to view live status of the Douglas Lake water levels.
*The beach access is seasonal & open May - October based on weather and water levels. We cannot guarantee it will be available during your stay.
