Step inside Pinetree Cottage and settle into a home that combines classic Victorian character with the comforts of a modern mountain getaway.
The main floor welcomes you with a spacious mudroom, perfect for storing ski boots, hiking shoes, fishing gear, and everything you bring along for your Catskills adventures.
The cozy living room features a large sectional, Smart TV, and Sonos sound system—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Just off the living room, the fireplace room is made for cozy evenings. Curl up with a book, enjoy a glass of wine, play a game, or gather around the fire after a day on the mountain.
The spacious dining room is perfect for long meals and conversations, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, dinner, or a weekend feast. A convenient half bath completes the main floor.

The primary suite features a comfortable queen bed and private full bathroom.
The second bedroom offers another queen bed and plenty of natural light.
The third bedroom is designed with families in mind, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed plus a twin air mattress.
The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
For added convenience, every bedroom has its own Smart TV, making it easy to unwind with your favorite shows at the end of the day.
A dedicated home office with fast Wi-Fi also provides a quiet workspace for guests who need to stay connected while enjoying a mountain escape.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and over half an acre of property, including the private wooded area behind the house.
A stone pathway from the patio leads up to a secluded wooded ridge, offering a peaceful place to explore, take photos, or simply enjoy the surrounding nature.
Please note: The basement and shed are not available to guests, except when access is needed for a specific property-related reason.

The home is equipped with smart-home devices designed for your safety and convenience. Please do not unplug, move, or disable any smart-home equipment during your stay.
Winter Snow Removal
During the winter season, a professional snow-removal service clears the driveway, private road, and front steps. Because the property is part of a scheduled route, snow removal may not happen first thing in the morning. We appreciate your patience while the crew works to safely clear the property.
