Subject to availability, the two studios can be booked together – perfect for two couples, friends, family members or wedding guests who want to stay close while still having their own private accommodation.



Vacayz also manages Studios 31, 32 and 33 within the same resort, providing options for larger groups.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire studio for the duration of their stay.

The marina is the departure point for many of Hervey Bay's whale-watching experiences, while the region is also a popular gateway for exploring World Heritage-listed K'gari (Fraser Island).

Getting Around:

Having a car is the easiest way to explore Hervey Bay and the surrounding Fraser Coast, with free on-site parking available at the resort.



The Hervey Bay Esplanade, Urangan Marina, beaches, shops, cafés, restaurants and local attractions are all within easy reach.



Guests can also use the pedestrian access through the resort gate towards the Kondari Hotel.



If you're heading out for a whale-watching cruise or K'gari tour, check your booking confirmation for departure and transfer arrangements, as these vary between operators.

Travelling for a wedding or with a group?



This is where our Sanctuary Lakes studios offer something a little different.



Vacayz manages five private studios within the same resort.



Studios 7 & 8 are next to each other.



Studios 31, 32 & 33 are next to each other.



This makes them a fantastic option for wedding guests, extended families, groups of couples, corporate teams, birdwatching groups and friends travelling to Hervey Bay together.



Instead of sharing one large property, everyone can enjoy their own Queen bed, bathroom and private studio while staying within the same resort.



Depending on availability, you can book two, three or all five studios.

The resort contains shared facilities and other guests and residents, so we ask that noise is kept to a respectful level and resort rules are followed.



No parties or events are permitted within the studio unless specifically approved.



Interaction with Guests:

Your studio is privately yours during your stay, so we'll leave you to relax and enjoy it.
