Perched in an exclusive penthouse setting, Beach Villa #7 offers the best of Blue Bay—just a short stroll from the beach, yet peacefully set back for privacy and tranquility. Within moments, you can feel the sand between your toes, while still enjoying a serene retreat away from the crowds.
From your spacious veranda, you’ll be treated to sweeping, unobstructed views over the lush green golf course and the shimmering flamingo lake, where these elegant birds can often be seen.
* Ice cold beers and non-alcoholic refreshment upon arrival
* Full set of olive oil, balsamico, sugar, spices etc. for your cooking use
* Detergents, foils, ziplocs and trash bags
* Nespresso and American coffee machine plus coffee for the first few days

In our bathrooms we also provide:

We also offer sports gear for our villas to share:

We live nearby and are intimately familiar with the island. Always just a call away, we’re here to assist with any questions you may have – whether it’s about upcoming concerts and events, top restaurant recommendations, or helping with reservations. We’re delighted to ensure your experience is as enjoyable and seamless as possible.
We care about using energy and water responsibly, which is why these are billed separately. Usage in the villa is generally modest, with the combined cost of electricity and water averaging around USD 125 per villa per week. The final amount is calculated based on actual meter readings.
A refundable security deposit of USD 250 is kindly requested at check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages as well as electricity and water usage. It helps us maintain the villa in excellent condition, so you can fully relax and enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay.
