• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time.
• No illegal drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted to stay the night.
• Small pets are welcome, but they must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time.
• Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Lost or unreturned building FOBs will incur a $200 CAD replacement fee.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
