Summary:
New apartment in Jardim Paulista, close to Brigadeiro metro station.
Design, location, and comfort are the strengths of this studio, which features 350MB Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV, balcony, air conditioning, and blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room.
For up to 4 guests: 2 in a queen bed in the bedroom and 2 on a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, blender, air fryer, water filter, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Designated parking space in the basement.
The Space:
Pleasant and comfortable space. Please note: the living room rug shown in the photos has been removed to avoid problems for guests with allergies, and the oval table has also been removed for maintenance.
Guest Access:
Guests have free access to the common areas such as the pool, gym, game room, coworking space, and meeting room (by reservation), reception, and 24-hour concierge. The party room is not available to our guests.
OMO laundry service, paid separately.
Contact the front desk via extension 9 on the intercom for the operating hours of the common areas.
The garage parking space is designated, number 56, and for the exclusive use of the apartment. You may park vehicles that fit within the 4.5m x 2.1m space. To enter the garage, the maximum vehicle height must be up to 2.4m.

IMPORTANT:
Right after your reservation is finalized, with the corresponding payment, you will receive a message from us requesting documents that are essential for authorizing entry into the building. Please send them as soon as possible to avoid waiting at the building entrance.
The guest photo requested is for facial recognition by the building's access control. The selfie must be taken without accessories and against a light background.
Cleaning cancellations after 8 a.m. on the day they were scheduled will be charged at 50% of the cleaning fee, since they disrupt the team's planning and cause a loss of their earnings. The amount will be requested through the platform's resolution mechanism.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner consistent with the residential nature of the building and the resulting coexistence within the condominium.
Interaction with Guests:
We prefer to communicate with guests through the platform's chat, because that is how our teamwork functions best.
It is very helpful for the guest to have the platform's app on their phone. After booking and until checkout, we recommend keeping this app on the first page of your phone so that notifications of new messages from us are seen quickly.
Since the host lives in the same city, they are available in person in emergency situations.
