Queen size bed with Casper mattress, well appointed kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens, towels, products provided. The front balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St and MoJo Coffee, is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.

A balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St, is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.
Guests have private access to the apartment, as well as their private balcony.

Free street parking usually available out front, or very near by. Public transportation available on Magazine St, St Charles Ave, a close walk. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs also available.
Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
