Welcome to your Jensen Beach escape! A spacious dog-friendly 3BR/3BA hilltop retreat just 8 minutes to the beach & 3 minutes to downtown dining, shops, & boat ramp. Sip coffee with peekaboo Intracoastal views Grab the beach gear & head to the beach, then rinse off in the outdoor shower & relax in our one-of-a-kind lower-level entertainment lounge with 80” TV, bar, foosball, games, puzzles, full bath, laundry, office, & screened patio. Perfect for families, snowbirds, boaters, & beach getaways.

No parties or events are allowed.
Guests making a reservation must be 25 years or older. Third party reservations are permitted as long as at least one guest staying at the property is added to the reservation prior to check in.
Up to 2 daytime visitors are permitted without prior approval. All visitors must leave by 10 PM. Any additional visitors beyond the approved occupancy or visitor limit must receive prior approval from the host. Unauthorized guests or visitors may be subject to an additional fee of $50 per person.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the covered screened patio. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. A $300 additional cleaning fee may be assessed if smoking occurs in prohibited areas.
Dogs are allowed only with prior host approval and payment of the applicable $75 pet fee per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted.
Please clean up after your pets and dispose of all pet waste properly. The backyard is not fenced, so dogs must remain supervised and on a leash when necessary. Pets may not be left unattended unless safely kenneled.
Pets are not permitted on beds. Please use the provided pet covers on furniture when needed.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol.
No fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.
Harassment of neighbors, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.
If a party, event, or serious violation of the house rules occurs, the reservation may be subject to termination in accordance with the OTA`s policies. Additional cleaning, damage, unauthorized guest, or other applicable charges may also be requested.
