Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the full bathroom, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, the in-unit laundry, and the front yard. Free street parking is available on both sides of the street on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property faces Connaught Park — a large, beautifully maintained green space with tennis courts, a playground, and wide open lawns ideal for morning runs or weekend picnics. A short stroll brings you to the shops and restaurants of West 4th Avenue and West Broadway, where you'll find everything from independent cafés and yoga studios to boutiques and grocery stores. English Bay and the seawall are a short drive away, offering breathtaking views of the North Shore mountains and the Vancouver skyline. This is a neighbourhood that rewards walkers and cyclists equally, with a laid-back, village-within-a-city energy that keeps guests coming back.



Getting Around:

The home is exceptionally well-connected. Several bus routes along West Broadway and Cornwall Avenue provide quick access to downtown Vancouver and UBC. • The basement suite is occupied. This unit is on the upper floor, which is completely private and has its own separate entrance, ensuring guests have their own dedicated space throughout their stay.

• There is a short flight of stairs to the main entrance.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.

• Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
